There is no individual estate agent licence in the UK. We verify your identity and your agency instead, including redress membership.
What You Need
- Proof of identity (driving licence or passport)
- Agency email address (must match your agency's domain)
- Your agency's redress membership: the TPO (The Property Ombudsman) or the PRS (Property Redress Scheme)
Step-by-Step
Step 1: Sign Up
- Click "Sign Up" → "Agent"
- Enter your details
- Verify your email
Step 2: Submit Verification
- Go to your dashboard
- Click "Verify Account"
- Enter your agency details and redress membership (TPO or PRS)
- Upload your ID
- Submit
Step 3: Wait for Approval
Our team reviews your documents within 1 business day.
Step 4: Start Bidding
Once verified, you can browse listings and place bids.
Common Issues
"My agency wasn't recognized"
- Check the agency name spelling
- Confirm your redress membership (TPO or PRS) is current
- Contact support if the issue persists
"My ID was rejected"
- Ensure the ID is clear and readable
- Check it's not expired
- Upload a different ID if needed
